Small Grants Program
Energy Northwest Small Grant opportunity is open!
Applications are due February 27, 2026.
The Energy Northwest Small Grants Program is conducted through an agreement between LCFRB and Energy Northwest, a joint public utility operating agency, to solicit, fund and contract for projects that directly benefit the anadromous salmon and steelhead populations in the upper Cowlitz River basin. Focal species include steelhead, coho, and spring Chinook. The geographic scope of the program (highlighted in Figure 1. below) includes the entirety of the Upper Cowlitz and Cispus River watersheds upstream of the Cowlitz Falls dam.
