The LCFRB office will be closed Monday, January 19th for the martin Luther King Jr. holiday.

We will have Steve VanderPloeg and Jeremy Harris from the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife joining us at the January 14, 2026 TAC meeting to discuss winter steelhead density and escapement map data. We are working with Steve and Jeremy to display modeled winter steelhead density and escapement estimates at stream reach scales for all populations downstream of trap-and-haul operations and Bonneville Dam as new layers in the Salmon Resource Map. This presentation and discussion provide a great time to review draft map data and provide feedback on usability for habitat project evaluation and planning – we hope to see you there!

Staff will also provide an overview of the 2026 Cowlitz Restoration and Recovery and Salmon Recovery Funding Board grant rounds.
